Hope, Healing, Home: Transforming Lives Together This Giving Tuesday
This Giving Tuesday, for 2025, we’re launching our Hope, Healing, Home initiative to help our residents not just learn to live indoors but truly thrive. Many of our residents have been without a roof over their heads for years, and learning to live inside is a process that takes time, patience, and the right support. Your generosity helps us provide the tools and resources they need in a compassionate, judgment-free space—so that their new house becomes a place they are proud to call home.
Thanks to your generosity, this past year we’ve been able to:
Launch our Dishes and Dignity project, providing essential kitchenware to new residents.
Establish a food bank and clothing closet, giving residents access to nutritious food and clean clothes—programs that need your continued support.
Feed companion animals through our year-end pet food drive after a key supply source dried up.
Offer pastoral care, helping residents cope with life’s challenges and find a sense of community.
This life-changing work is only possible because of donors like you.
To thank you, we’re offering these gifts for your donation:
$50–$124: A set of five limited-edition Leo Politi postcards.
$125–$224: A set of blessed candles for home devotions and prayer.
$225 or more: A handmade Franciscan Tau Cross, on a cloth or leather cord.
Supplies of these are limited. Act now to get your Thank You gift!
Your gift, no matter the size, brings hope, healing, and the promise of home to those who need it most. Together, we can bring hope, healing, and dignity to even more lives. Your generosity lights the way forward for our residents.
We are deeply grateful for your kindness and support, not just today but throughout the year. Your generosity allows us to meet our residents where they are, offering them hope, healing, and the chance to create a brighter future. This Advent season, thank you for being a light in their lives and helping us build a community where everyone can feel at home.
With abundant love and gratitude,
Fr. Dylan
